Mac Outpost has a highly trained service department. We are Authorized Apple Service providers and can handle in warranty as well as out of warranty repairs to most Apple equipment.

In Warranty / Applecare Repair

Your Macintosh Computer is covered by Apple's One Year Limited Warranty for one year from the date of original purchase. Apple's One-Year Limited Warranty begins on the date that the Mac is purchased.

Clients that have purchased the Applecare Protection Plan enjoy the piece of mind of a total of three years of parts and labour coverage, as well as free telephone support with Apple Canada.

Mac Outpost, as an Apple Specialist, can repair your in-warranty Apple products here at our shop! (excluding iPod, iPhone and iPad)

Out of Warranty

If your warranty has expired, you still have access to our Apple Authorized service options, but you will be responsible for the cost of parts and labor. Mac Outpost will provide a repair cost estimate (or an expected cost range) to you before repairing your machine.

Rush Services

Mac Outpost strives for a speedy and comprehensive repair effort to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible. If you need the repair done more quickly you can inquire about the Rush Service option for your in or out of warranty repair.

Data Recovery

Do you back your data up? What if you lost everything in a hard disk crash?

If the unthinkable has happened to you then ask our friendly service staff about the possibility of data recovery. In many cases data can be recovered locally, and at a reasonable cost. We even include a backup drive with a copy of your data as part of the recovery service.

In some situations, when the drive is too badly damaged, we can make arrangements for your crashed hard drive to be sent off for "clean-room" recovery in Toronto. Ask us for details.
